In this self-paced class, you will learn the basics of meditation and create your own practice that you can use at home or on-the-go.

Meditation is a fundamental pillar of our well-being and is vital to anyone’s self-care routine. A regular and consistent practice has the power to transform your life.

To begin, head over to the “Materials” tab to download and print your Mantra Meditation Journal Workbook. Use this workbook to write your thoughts about the questions posed to you at the end of each lesson. Taking time to reflect and write about key points in each lesson is a supportive activity as you journey into establishing a regular meditation practice.

Next, scroll down and click on “Welcome to Mantra Meditation!” and then continue through each lesson. Pause to reflect and write your answers before proceeding to the next lesson. You can complete the entire class in one sitting (with several stretch breaks!), or over the course of a few days.

Aim to complete the class within one week of beginning it. You can go back and review the videos, readings and practice the meditation as much as you would like.
