Between work demands and taking care of others we’re told if we just do this, buy that, listen to this expert, read that book, use more willpower, try harder and do more, then we’ll find happiness. Yet at the end of the day we’re exhausted and happiness continues to feel just out of reach.

We can’t get rid of our stress or leave it all behind and move off to Tahiti. But you can learn to change your relationship with stress and respond more effectively to it.

In the workshops, you’ll learn and practice sustainable tools to manage the stress that comes from living in a fast-paced, 24/7, modern society. This is what will pave the way for you to find joy in the small, tiny moments of life.

I’m a big believer in practical tools like the power of visualization, self-reflection, and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system. In each workshop we’ll use a variety of mindfulness exercises and meditation to get to know yourself a little better, manage stress, let go of fears, and focus on squeezing as much joy out of life as we can.
