I host monthly workshops that infuse evidence-based research in the areas of mindfulness, positive psychology, and coaching to make joyful well-being totally accessible to you.
Every month is a different theme aimed to bring intention to your self-care, happiness, and well-being so that you experience a more balanced and mindful lifestyle.

We’re busting the myth that happiness is right around the corner.

It’s easy to get swept up in the busyness of life.  

Between work demands and taking care of others we’re told if we just do this, buy that, listen to this expert, read that book, use more willpower, try harder and do more, then we’ll find happiness. Yet at the end of the day we’re exhausted and happiness continues to feel just out of reach.

We can’t get rid of our stress or leave it all behind and move off to Tahiti. But you can learn to change your relationship with stress and respond more effectively to it.

In this group, you’ll learn and practice sustainable tools to manage the stress that comes from living in a fast-paced, 24/7, modern society. This is what will pave the way for you to find joy in the small, tiny moments of life.

I’m passionate about empowering women to shortcut the time between, “I’ll be happy when…” and actually living a joyful and mindful life.

I’m a big believer in practical tools like the power of visualization, self-reflection, and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system. In each workshop we’ll use a variety of mindfulness exercises and meditation to get to know yourself a little better, manage stress, let go of fears, and focus on squeezing as much joy out of life as we can.
