Imagine how your life would be different if you extended love to yourself every day. I mean truly wrapped yourself in love every day. Love that comes from you, to you… self-love. Creating a loving phrase is a gift you can give yourself anytime.

Today, take 5-minutes to sit down and create a loving phrase for yourself.

A loving phrase is a general phrase that expresses compassion and goodness towards yourself. It is like a wish to yourself that you integrate into your heart.

1. Ask yourself…

“What do I want to hear?”

“What do I need?”

2. Write down phrases that are simple, clear, kind, and authentic. Here are some that may resonate with you …

“May I be happy”

“May I be healthy”

“May I be strong”

“May I be at peace”

“May I be courageous”

“May I be safe”

“May I wrap myself in love”

“May I love myself just the way I am”

3. Say them slowly and warmly to yourself.

Be sure to find a phrase that feels meaningful and authentic.

4. Once you find your phrase that resonates with you (you can have more than one!), take it into meditation and repeat it silently to yourself.
