If you’ve ever wondered what working with a life coach would be like, my new YouTube series called “One Life Question with Meg” will paint the picture. In this series I’ll answer a question related to one of the four cornerstones from my signature “Your Well-being” program: Clarity, Balance, Peace, and Confidence.

I bring together my professional expertise in positive psychology, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and my experience as a well-being life coach, psychology professor, stress management instructor, and meditation teacher to share with you the all the goodness so that you can benefit from the wisdom of the teachings and practices to elevate your life and well-being.

Some questions in this series will explore topics like…

  • How can I find my life purpose and live a more meaningful life?
  • Why are intentions helpful in managing life’s difficulties?
  • Everyone around me is driving me crazy! How can I not lose my mind?

With each video you’ll receive insights, ideas for how to get unstuck, and a better sense of what it would be like to work with a well-being life coach. All this as we sort through some of life’s dilemmas so that you can be on your way to paving a path towards a thriving life.

It’s possible you’d find some answers by yourself. Yet with some situations, you may not have the tools yet to do that… you are not aware of your thoughts and actions that are holding you back and other blocks standing in the way. Some folks prefer accountability as they chart a new course in their life. It’s more fun and enJOYable to do it with someone else who is trained to help you get to where you want to go. Plus, I’ll help get you there faster.
